We provide luxury vacation rental services, property management, guest communications, and booking services. This includes use of email, phone, and SMS messaging platforms.
3. Communication Terms
By submitting your contact info, you consent to receive messages via SMS and/or email. You may opt out anytime by replying STOP.
4. Prohibited Conduct
- No spamming, harassment, or abuse of our communication tools
- No unlawful use of our property management systems
- No unauthorized access to guest or property information
5. Third-Party Services
We may use third-party tools (e.g., Guesty, CRMs, payment processors) to operate messaging and booking services. Use of those tools is subject to their privacy and compliance terms.
6. Liability
Lumina Holdings LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. All services are provided “as is.”
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated or for any operational necessity.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated terms.
